Preparation of a comprehensive 3 year business plan (narrative and financials) to develop this project which was premised on proprietary gait analysis methodology for use as a tool for the identification of individuals. Although the methodology had a number of potential applications, the client wished to focus on crime and security. For this purpose the client needed assistance to refine his business case to enable him to secure funding for the development of the software ahead of taking this proposition to market.
The business plan was prepared for entry to a global security competion and needed to include an action plan to establish the best way forward to render this a viable business and identify the resources that would be required to exploit the opportunity. The business won run up position in the global awards.
